a. We only refund in credit term , no cash refund(s) are allowed. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only.
b. All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered , unworn , unwashed)
c. If your order is incorrect items , Please contract our customer service within 2-3 days after receiving the order.
d. All items must be shipped back within 1-3 working days for readystock and 6-7 working days for backorder stock

Do you accept return & defective item ?

Misbelle Clothing accept return & exchange for defective item only.
Return can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

How do I return defective items?
Kindly contract us via Facebook , Instagram or Email within 3 days upon receiving their parcel

I found a defect on my item but I’have already washed it. Can I still return it ?
We’re unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check the item clearly once you receipt . (Stay honestly)


The color look different from the website
Color of the product will have some different due we have captured with lighting , and Please allow the difference color in real product as compared to actual products.
